poor service from Pick n Pay Wonderpark

Pathetic service from Pick n Pay Wonderpark.....came there 16h00 to do 30 min shopping. Stood in a row half way down the isle for more than an hour....this is ridiculous . The best part is when i came to the cashier she was busy cashing up to leave, ask her what now?? ...she told me i have to wait for the next cashier, it is time for her to knock off. I left the shop 17h55. This wasn't the first time......in general there is a problem with open cashiers on peak days....what about good management. People were very frustrated and left there fully loaded trolleys right there.. What about the financial impact for Pick n Pay...or don't you care?????
