Poor service from Pick 'n Pay online shopping

I AM DISAPPOINTED AT PICK 'N PAY ONLINE SERVICE!

I had missing items from my order and I was told that the money would be refunded back into my account, I called and sent an email but it's been weeks now I haven't gotten my money back.
