Poor service from Pick n Pay Bracken City

I am very upset with the way the branch manager treated me on Friday 4 August 2017.

I purchased a cordless kettle from them on Wednesday 2 August 2017, and after boiling out the kettle with salt and vinegar, the taste of plastic remained in the kettle. I returned the kettle on Friday for a refund and was shocked with the way I was treated. I did not have the box anymore as our **** cleaned our property on Thursday and threw the box away. I did have my till slip, but for the manager, that was not good enough. He did not even try and help me but merely told me that he cannot help me.

After I left the shop, I immediatley foned the help line simply to be told that someone will contact me. When I asked when, I was just told soon. Now that is how Pick n Pay treats the public that support them. What a disgrace!!!!! Please, let the public be made aware of this. It just shows that there is no more service to their clients, as long as you spend your money with them, that is all they care about. No service at all.
