Poor service from Pick n pay asap

On the 01 of May I placed an order via pick n pay asap , missed the driver calls when he was apparently trying to get hold of me . My order was not recieved and as I knkw that if my order is not received automatically thy will process a refund. 2 days later I sent an sms email enquiries about my refund. 8 days later I still have jot recieced my refund app shows that my order was recieved.im so dissapointed with the service from pick n pay asap .I need my refund ASAP
