POOR SERVICE from Pick 'n Pay ASAP

I placed an order with Pick 'n Pay ASAP on 30.07.2023 @ 15:50 for delivery 17:00 to 18:00, then my delivery time changed to 18:00 to 19:00 and then again changed to delivery date 31.07.2023 @09:15. Needless to say that it is now 11:30 and after 3 phone calls to them and promises that they will assign a new driver I am still waiting for my delivery.

This is now the second time this is happening to me, the previous time they didn't even bother to delive my order and I had to wait 7 working days for my refund.
