Poor service from Pick N Pay AGAIN!

After complaining on this site over 100 times about the same issue from Pick N Pay yesterday a lady called me and offered me a goodwill voucher of R150 and 24 hours later I'm still waiting. This is unbelievable lack of service. Can the CEO of Pick N Pay PLEASEEEEEE call me!
