Poor service from Pick N Pay AGAIN!

I wrote a follow up complain to Pick N Pay on the 10th last week about their poor service and all they did was send me a standard response and a week later my complaint is still not resolved. I would like to have someone senior in the management of Pick N Pay to call Mr to resolve this complaint ASAP
