Poor service from Pick n Pay

I have tried to register for online shopping without success.It appears that the incorrect telephone is listed on my smart shopper card.I tried to phone the customer service which tells me when they are available for business.They then provide u with various prompts and u choose to speak to a consultant.This is where u left hanging because no one answers.I then send an email and I immediately received a reference number and they will contact you shortlyThis is at 12.18.No response until now.How sad.
