Poor service from Pick N Pay

This is my complaint 101 about Pick N Pay and to this date they have not contacted me let alone even trying to resolve my query and I will not stop complaining until they resolve my every last complaint. A lady called me last week and promised me R1500 goodwill gesture and they are yet to honor that measly gesture of R1500. I'm going to complain until the CEO of Pick n Pay calls me and resolves my complaint to my satisfaction.
