Poor service from pick and pay
I logged a query on your Twitter handle over a month ago, they aknowledged receiving it even gave me a ref number *** but that was the end of it. Can you urgently get this matter resolved asap

I had to wait literally from morning to afternoon and lost hours of productivity and the R50 refund was an insult. I want to be refunded for my entire purchase or something around there. They left it at that and never came back to me. Please resolve this ASAP.
