Poor service from pick and pay dobsonville mall

I am very disappointed with this store always , I gave them many chance to rectify their customer service, today they made things worse, I made an order so early at 13:20, and money went out from my bank account, I accepted the delay as they stated that delivery to be expected at 16:00 - 16:30 which I kept on waiting, wow pick an pay wow , out of the below before even 16:00 order been cancelled, when I check the reason what they can reach me, how so I have my phone with me waiting for them , after 2 min while I'm chocked says delivery tomorrow morning 07:00-07:30, what?? I have been waiting and I want to use what I've ordered immediately, and after I get a msg been refunded it will reflect after 3 to 5 working days , I never cancelled my order, I don't have a proper reason for cancellation, I am very crossed right now and I want my money to be refunded immediately, how cruel you take my money make me wait for my order for hours then cancel without even calling me..I want a proper reason and I a expecting a call from the manager otherwise I am taking this matter far
