POOR service from PICK AND PAY!

This is my third complaint about Pick and Pay and to this day my complaint has NOT been resolved. All they do is send me automated messages and nothing else. My last complaint I asked to speak to the CEO and I'm still waiting for his or her call. This is the WORST service I have even received in my whole life.
