Poor Service from Pick and Pay
Once again, Pick and Pay Westgate. Normally this is a very busy store but they normally are quite efficient when paying. But, for the 2nd time when using the money market counter I get told that the person working there is on a tea break and I must wait. Guys, how can this be closed while the employee is on a tea break LOL. Is there no other staff that can work this counter. I was very disappointed as I had to wait once again for a 2nd time at this store. People behind me were complaining bitterly and were just walking out the store

01 Feb 2022, 15:09Yo once again Pick and Pay Westgate, the queues are always very very long and very few cashiers. Also went specifically for some specials that were advertised. They never had stock of most items. Was in the store yesterday and was told that these items would be there yesterday. Went back today only to hear stuff is only going to be there tomorrow. What a waste of time and effort.
