Poor Service from Pick and Pay

Again Poor Service from a major chain store. 1. Advertised items not available - They Advertised Pick And Pay Milk on special - this is a basic comodiity, but when you go into the store ( Midwater - Middelburgh) - they have no stock. And they refuse to give you a " Rain Check" - Even though they have a sign above the Manager's desk saying: ' If an Item on Promotion is out of stock, we will give you a Rain Check for a later date" - False promises. I'd rather shop at Spar - you never seem to have a stock issue here.
