Poor service from head office

On the 17th August 2022 I have ordered something and it was not delivered, I canceled it the same day and until today I haven't received my money back.Everytime when I call they keep on saying I must submit my bank statement and I did but still they haven't paid me back. I wasting my airtime to call them and still they keep on saying we will get back to you. Poor service ever
