Poor service from Bakery staff

I’m very, very angery with the service I’m starting to receiving from Pick n Pay White River specially the bakery staff, I’m a regular customer who buys cakes from the shop, last week I made an order for a vanilla cake and I was sold a chocolate cake, yesterday I put another order for a vanilla cake and to my surprise when I went there to collect I was told they didn’t make an vanilla cakes yet they received my order, I’m starting to believe that they are doing this on purpose just to stop me from buy from the shop for what reason I do not know, I also feel the people at the bakery think they doing me some sort of a favour by selling me the cakes and forgetting that it’s their duty to assist me.
