Poor service for poor black people

What absolute disgusting service. At a store that has 34 tills only 6 tills are working at 13:33 on 23 March 2018. When trying to call the actual store while standing in line there's a rude consultant who answers the phone and eventually drops th line and upon trying again for the second time we are greeted with the same rude woman who clearly forgets that she has a job to do whether she likes it or not. The appalling service has clearly been displayed to black disadvantaged members of the community who do not know that they too have the right to complain. It is my 3rd time coming to this stir and as always I am left disappointed and with a bitter taste in my mouth as I never come across such in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg.
