Poor service for blacks. Treat us the same

I bought an expired Bliss double cream yoghurt at Pick n Pay Penford on 30 Nov 2018. The yoghurt expired on 29/11/2018. I called customer care and was told to return the item for an exchange. I asked what I will get as compensation for all my trouble. The call centre agent was so rude and ******. I thought Pick n Pay put its customers first. I had to waste my petrol and time returning something that should not have been on the shelves to begin with.
