Poor service, false adverti*****t

I am so disappointed with pick n pay right now, how can one order online and pay and they confirm the delivery only to be told 4 hours prior the delivery that your order has been canceled as the goods are out of stock, that time my kids are looking forward to have their bicycles delivered this afternoon. I am really disappointed, they did not even bother to call me instead they sent an email. That time their website still allows you to go n buy, it is still showing as if they have stock. This is so unacceptable and poor customer service.i want my goods not money
