Poor service

I received extremely poor service from the store supervisor, Ntombekhaya,at Tygervalley Mall. She was so arrogant and rude, showed no accountability for her actions, and was dismissive throughout the interaction. It was very disappointing to experience such unprofessional behavior from someone in a leadership position. It raises serious concerns about how she manages and leads her team.
