Poor Service

I was very disappointed with the service by pick 'n pay at lemon tree. The cashier by the name of Rebecca Mkhwebane showed disinterest in her job. On the 17/01/2022 at 16h00 When I arrived in her till, till number 22 she was busy talking to the colleague and did not even give me attention. I also requested to withdraw cash from my tymebank account she simply told she there was cash in any of the cashier because they just banked all the cash , I then asked her to advise on the way forward as tymebank uses pick n pay for withdrawals and deposits. Instead of advising me what to do she simply asked me what must she do as she has already told me there's no cash, failing just to advise me to maybe try a different pick n pay. She was very disinterested and rude to give service and the whole time she was looking the other side and not concentrating me.
