Poor service

I came into pick n pay daveyton at the pnp money counter to buy a memory card, nobody was in the queue so I was only waiting for the lady to get done with the customer they were helping. From there on out of no where she tells me that her queue isn't the one I'm in it's on the other side. The whole time she saw me standing there, didn't say anything until it was my turn to be assisted. Her colleague asked her what's going on and why she has 2 different queues she said that she only has two eyes. And I had to start a queue over from the beginning..... She didn't have a name tag on so I couldn't identify her. Service was so poor, and I don't think it's any of the customers problem to help her control her queues. Poor service
