Poor service experience every time I request a cash back

Disappointing experience today at the parkmeadow pick n pay. I have been doing my shopping at that specific branch for years now. I am a smart shopper. Every time I request a cash back at the pick n pay. The answer is always the same from the cashier, “ I don’t have money”.. this is understandable however every time I have to insist that they ask around from the money market or other alternative till points. This is very strenuous and disappointing. It is more like I have to beg for my own money.

Today at till 9, I was being assisted by an old lady Makhosazana. She was very obnoxious and did not seem to care that I needed a cash back.. wow! This poor service is really getting out of hand and needs to be addressed. If I was not staying in the area I would go to another pick n pay because I always receive better service elsewhere.
