Poor service

Pick now pay has this points accumulating system, whereby when you fill up at any BP you get point added to your pick n pay smart shopper card, but with mine it was not like that to an extend I tried calling them twice to complain why my points are not being added after filling up my tank for more than two weeks and swiping my smart shopper, I was told for me to get help I must email them all the receipt even thought they are able to see those transactions from my smart shopper card. I felt humiliated when I was told that cause i don't even keep petrol receipt cause as an uber driver, how many receipt am I going to keep receipts
