Poor service

PnP Somerset Mall and PnP ASAP customer service are ***********. ASAP does not pick up and Somerset Mall put me on hold for 20 minutes and did not pick up.

My enquiry was about an order that changed delivery time as soon they processed payment. Initial time was 17:00 - 17:30 to 11:00 -11:30 tomorrow on items I need today.
