Poor service

I still have not received any update from pick n pay. I called today and requested to speak to a manager. Thabiso’s manager Andile gave me a long explanation of what they will do which is no different then what was promised last week Tuesday. What surprised me is that after that long explanation he pretended no to hear me and hung up on my ear.
