Poor service

I bought things last of last week online then they told me it’s out of stock they will refund me up until now I’m still waiting and no direct communication have been made. When ever I call them they are telling me to wait. It’s more than 10 days already but my money is not in. Do not use that app, They only tell you it’s out of stock after you paid and take forever to make a refund if they do
