Poor service

placed the order number *** on Friday, 26th November 2021 between 6 and 6:30 am. The order was for 4x 6 pack milk, 1 kotex sanitary pads, johnsons shampoo, dog treats, honey and 2x 24 omo capsules. Part of the order arrived on Friday 26th November 2021 at 17:30. The omo capsules and the sanitary pads were not sent by the store. I asked the delivery guy about this but he said he could not assist and I needed to go back to the app and lodge a complaint. I've done this numerous times and have sent numerous emails. I received an email stating that my ticket reference number for this request is 296367.I have to date not received the omo capsules or the sanitary pads or a proper explanation from Pick n pay for their terrible customer service. Instead of delivering the outstanding items or giving me a refund, they send me vouchers to get free delivery on my next order. I will no longer be using the online service.
