Poor service disgusted

The service I received today at mall of Africa pnp was terrible. I wanted to pay for one item, went to the kiosks. The lady that worked there was so rude . Instead of talking to me nicely, she had an attitude and wasn't willing to help me. I don't understand this service. I always pay at the kiosks. I am able to pay at any pnp kiosk, why is this one different. Your service is terrible and I won't shop there anymore. You need to teach your staff members on how to talk to customers
