Poor service dilivery

During festive season the store only has three cashiers servicing more than 60 customers. This only happens in the townships. Only here kwa mayandu mall, Pavillion was not like this yesterday. We now have to spend more than an hour in line just to buy because the manager is saving money at our expense.
