Poor Service delivery from PNP ASAP

I have since ordered my groceries over 4 hours ago called and emailed your support services with absolutely no help. My Saturday spent wasted waiting on my delivery. You promise service delivery within 60minutes which is clearly misrepresentation and misleading. I am livid & if the formal complaint I have sent to you has not been resolved by the 11th of March 2025 I will be proceeding to lodge a formal compliant with Consumer Goods and Services Ombud
