Poor service delivery

I used Pick n Pay ASAP delivery app on 30 January to order a few drinks, they didn’t arrive and they were scheduled for the next 2 days. Still my order didn’t arrive and they asked me to order something else and I opted for a refund. It’s been 7 months since I’ve been asking for my refund and they haven’t provided me with concrete feedback. I’m so disappointed in their level of customer service and I’m determined not to use their delivery services ever again. I just want my money back.
