Poor service delivery by PnP Dainfern

I’m very disappointed at the service received from Pick n Pay Dainfern via the Mr D app, I order diapers at 17:23 , order was confirmed, when I tracked order it stated that store was on it, an hour later I check again, it stated that shopping was done and my order was packed at 19:00, I check five minutes later and my order is cancelled! No explaination whatsoever!! Very unhappy with Pick n Pay Dainfern
