Poor Service delivery.

If it's friendly and efficient service you are looking for please do not go to the PnP Hyper Lifestyle, Centurions as you will definitely not find it at their FOOD Counter, I was requesting some chicken and the lady entered the code to get the price and the code was rejected, she proceeded to repeat entering the same code for 10 more time with the same result. Another lady came to assist as stood there perusing the "book" without any indication that she was trying to help. What makes is worse is that they converse in their own language and ignore the customer completely. After trying for help at the Customer Care counter where nobody was present to assist I was once again taken back to where I started and was told they had still not found the required cod. Well that was 30 minutes wasted on incompetence from all the staff members in that shop.

Why are we satisfied with such poor service delivery, I will certainly not go there again and spread the word that if you still require service delivery and assistance don't go there, take your business where it will be appreciated.
