POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I place an order with pick and pay ASAP today 1st of June 2024. My order was accepted 15:28 , now the time is 18:41, my order was not delivered.

Why are you accepting orders if you know you won't deliver them, the ETA for the delivery kept changing. Your online service is not convenient and it's a waste of time, I placed and order for those items because I needed them today. You wasted my time and money, I could have just went to shops myself.this is poor service and your 60 minutes delivery is false advertising to all customers around the world. Order #***9
