Poor service delivery

I ordered some items on the 23rd of February, when my grocery arrived it was incomplete, i didn't receive some items, i did send an email to the support team they told me to wait for 7 working days for a refund till today i haven't received anything when i complain they close the ticket stating that the ticket is resolved everyday I'm tired now.
