Poor service

There was a special buy 2 bags (each one is 4-6 kg) and get a bucket free for R225.99. I confirmed with off the employees on the floor if it was for the 3 items then R225.99 and he said yes. When I got to the till to pay the cashier said she is not aware of the special. She called the supervisor. She was also not aware and went to fetch the paper with the special written on and said no it is not for 2 bags. It was wrong. She did not even tried to listen or tried to help me as a customer. She did take effort to go to the manager and find out about the special. She did not even greet just yawning and showed no respect to me as customer.
