Poor service

I am very disappointed with the poor service I experienced at your Grove Mall branch. On two separate occasions, the same teller was extremely rude to me. What’s even more frustrating is that despite reporting this on your Twitter page, I have received no response from your side.

It is unacceptable that customers are treated this way, and it seems there is no consequence management in place for staff who behave unprofessionally. I would appreciate it if this matter could be taken seriously and addressed urgently.
