Poor Service

One again experiencing a bad service from Pick and Pay... if it’s not flies in your meat, expired food and rotten fruits now it’s you delivering broken egg to me. I ordered using your bottles app and got my 3 bags of groceries and I thought hmmmm not bad but guess what inside I found a broken egg.... this is taken more than 2 hours to investigate and for your support team to respond to me. Meanwhile I am being inconvenience from using the ****ed eggs because clearly no one deems it necessary to get back to me.... Honestly and disgusted by this continued level of service from Team Pick n Pay.
