Poor service

I purchased 3 of the same items of pnp online.. My first time purchasing online with them. I get my delivery today. Only received 2 of the 3 items.. Yet I was charged for all 3. From the 2 that I did receive one of faulty. I tried to call the online shopping help and no luck at all.
