Poor service.
I went to Pick n Pay today to buy the newspaper. No newspaper there then I thought ,while I'm there I can just as well play my Lotto. The lady with the **** nails and wig behind the Lotto counter was very unfriendly. Didn't greet back when I greeted her, 'slammed' my winnings on the counter while I'm holding my hand out to take it from her and again when she gave back my Lotto tickets. If we as customers are a nuisance for you...please close your doors cause we are the ones that is keeping your doors open. You definitely don't do us a favor.
