Poor service by PnP Store Letsheng Mall, Vaal.

I find the PNP online ordering via Mr D at Letsheng Mall appalling, I placed an order at 16h18,I ts now 17h35, it still says the stores is on it. This is really disturbing, I am not even sure if my order will be delivered. It's still not picked after over an hour. Yet it was supposed to be delivered in 55 minutes as the Mr D site says. If PnP Letsheng Mall cannot render this e-commerce, service, they should rather stop it instead of not getting iirder out on time. Deeply disappointed.
