Poor service

I’m very disappointed at the service received from Pick n Pay Pavilion, the cashiers have attitude when you ask for a cash back and she further went on to say none of the cashiers have cash, which was absolute *******. I as a bank employee know that this behaviour is unbecoming as it damages both the brands. Please sort this out!!!
