Poor service

I went to Pick n Pay Clothing at Boskruin Village yesterday (31/7/24 at 17:02) to look for jeans and return a previous purchase. I am so frustrated with all pick n pay stores for overloading their clothing racks and yesterday was no different. As I was trying to find my size on the hanging rack, the whole (full) rack of jeans collapsed hurting my hand and my back. There was absolutely NO reaction from the staff. Only another shopper in the store came to see if I was ok. I waited in vain to see what would happen. When I went to the till I asked if the cashier (Khanyisile Khumalo) had heard the crash (it was loud) and she had no idea what I was referring to. Another staff member came to the front and I asked her the same question and she also had no clue!! Only then did they ask if I was ok, & I said I'd hurt my hand & back. Nothing further was forthcoming. I got my refund and decided that I would buy jeans at a shop that appreciates my business. I will not shop at this store ever again!

Thank you. What are you proposing as a solution to this problem? I know I am not the only person with this type of complaint.

did have a call from the Randridge Mall store manager (Richard, I think?) who said he was the area manager to apologise.
He assured me that the staff at Boskruin Village would also be calling me to apoligise but to date I have received no such call. This just proves to me the attitude of the staff! They really do not care at all and are unwilling to change.
This just cements my resolve to not visit this store again even though it is only 800m from home.
I will rather go to Ferndale on Republic which is 5.1km from home, but at least the staff are friendly and helpful.
