Poor service

I'm deeply disappointed in the pick n pay asap phlipnel delivery services. I made an order yesterday expected delivery was between 15pm and 18pm. To my surprise I received a call stating that they cannot find my address. This was around 4pm, I called back then I was told thenorder was returned to the store and will be delivered again tomorrow between 09am and 10am. This morning the unfortunate news arrived were I'm told order was delivered consultant alleges that address were parcel was delivered is the store itself at phlipnel. Order no: ***, it is with great regret that I had paid for the order now I had to spend similar amount for the same products yet my money was already deducted. This is absurd and unacceptable that I have to now wait for preliminary investigation that could take longer than anticipated and had to buy the goods again to avoid spending another day without my order as the order was placed 28th February 2022.
