Poor Service

I visited Pick n Pay clothing Hazeldean in Silverlakes Pretoria this afternoon and was disappointed by the service. When I got to the till to pay, I realised that I had left my card at home, which wasn't a problem because the shop had a Scan to Pay option which i had used a couple of times at other Pick n Pay retailers as well as the Hazeldean branch before. When I got to the till I explained cashier that I had left my card at home and would like to use the Scan to Pay option to pay for the stuff. The Cashier then said they don't have that option( which I know they have because I had used this option plenty of times before) she then called the other cashiers who backed her up and told me that they have worked 8years at Pick n Pay and have never heard of such. The one cashier explained that she has assist a client with this type of payment before but she struggles to remember how she did it( I appreciate her honesty) but then the other cashiers started ganging up on her infront of other customers, this came across as very unprofessional. My question is, is the option for the Scan to Pay available to all branches or only certain branches? Why is there a QR code on the card machine if the option is not available? Can I get clarity on this matter.
