Poor service at PnP Hyper Boksburg

Returned an item on 29 September I bought from PnP Hyper Boksburg on Pay Just Now and was told the refund would take a few days. Been back to the store three times and every time I am told to wait longer. PnP you should not offer payment methods if you cant also refund on those platforms. Escalated to PnP HQ yet no resolution.
