Poor service at picknpay dobsinville

I ordered from the asap pick n pay app the store that was closed to the delivery address was dobsinville and they didn't deliver my oxtail that I was supposed to cook for my kids didn't arrive I called the driver he was of no help he was so rude to me when I asked him for help and till now I paid for meat that has not arrived order number is ***3 please help me get my money or my meat
