Poor service at pick n pay scottburgh

Oh my gosh what pathetic service we had received from pick n pay scottburgh mall !!! On the 14 of july i went into scottburgh to enquire about a plater of eats. They had asked me to come through on Thursday the 18th i went in to make a payment for the order which i wanted to place for Saturday the the 20th.i had requested on the 18 to the lady that assisted me due to reglious beliefs not to have any beef/pork items on the plate !!!! On top of that i had given them a time that i will be coming to collect the plater .on Saturday morning i went again to pick n pay scottburgh to remind them the time which i wanted to collect which was 2pm and again i had stipulated that No beef or pork items where to be on the plater .to find my spouse going to collect the plater at 2pm only to find it was no ready and he had to wait 20minutes for the plater to ready !!!! Furthermore to only find out beef and pork food items where found In the plater .this is unacceptable i paid R600 it was not worth it the service was poor and im very disappointment in the standard pick pay scottbugh has !
