Poor service at Pick n Pay Rosebank

The conveyor belt at the till was not working. I purchased R4200 worth of goods. There was no packer to assist the cashier and as a result the goods piled up on the counter. Eventually a packer came to assist the cashier, however 2 packets of biscuits fell off the counter and the assistant took them and exchanged them. No doubt put the broken biscuits back on the counter. I am not used to this lack of service especially with Pick n Pay and even more so Rosebank Mall! In future I will do my monthly grocery shopping at Checkers Sandton City
